The warm up drawings were made using a pigment liner. The bottom row were one minute poses. I did the painting on a white canvas board using
Vermillion , ultramarine cadmium yellow (instead of yellow ochre ) and
underpainting white. The painting was at
Usk in and completed in about 90 minutes.
